How can I edit the app?

Long press the edit icon on header to enter the edit mode. Once the app is in edit mode, new boards can be added and existing boards can be updated/deleted. In the edit mode, press the grid icon to toggle back to view mode.

How can I change grid size?

Go to the settings page to select the grid size for new boards.

 

How can I change the board background?

Go to the settings page to select background color. The background color will be applied to new and existing boards.

How can I create a new board?

Boards can be created in the Home page, or within category folders. To create a new board in home page, select the ‘Add New’ placeholder on the Home page, and then select the ‘New Folder’ option to transition to the board editor page. New boards can be added to the folder by selecting ‘Add New’ placeholder in the folder view. Edit the choice cells and add a board name to save.

How can I configure the cells in the board?

To Edit a cell in a new board (or update a cell in existing board), long press the cell and choose edit options to add image, text or action. 

Panning and zooming image: Use 2 finger touch to zoom in/zoom out image in a cell. Use single finger drag to pan/move image in cell.

Adding text: Use the Add Text editor to add text to the image. The text can be styled to set color, size and position in the cell. Select the ‘Text to Speech’  checkbox, to enable text to speech in view mode.

Adding action: Cell can be configured to add a Go to page option. On selecting to cell in view mode, the user will be transitioned to the selected board. 

What is the purpose of a category folder?

Folders can be used to organize boards in categories. Users can create related boards inside a folder. All the boards inside a folder can be linked together, to create paged board list, which can be transitioned forward and back to present a bigger set of choices.

How can I create a new category folder?

Create a new folder by selecting ‘Add New’ placeholder on the Home page, and then selecting the ‘New Folder’ option. 

How can I delete a board or folder?

Select the board or folder and press the delete button on the header bar. Deleting a folder will delete all the boards inside the folder

How can I link multiple boards?

Two or more boards in a folder can be linked to create paged boards. For linking the boards in a folder, select the link button in the header bar. Rearrange the order of boards by long press and drog and drop the board items in the desired order.
